Chiara spumantizzata doppio malto

Seconda fermentazione seguita da remuage e dégorgement e successiva terza fermentazione con maturazione lenta e prolungata a temperatura costante. Elegante colore giallo oro, limpidezza cristallina, schiuma esuberante ben strutturata, perlage fine e persistente. Inizialmente sprigiona un bouquet floreale, poi l'aroma diventa fruttato, di mela cotta, uva matura, agrumi canditi. Corpo equilibrato, spiccata frizzantezza, gusto bilanciato con piacevoli note fruttate. Persistenza retrolfattiva lunga, fresca di luppoli. Finale secco e morbido al contempo.

Please be informed that, by ministerial note dated december 10th, 2021, the italian health authority has informed about the possible accidental presence of mustard traces in italian wheat flour, due to the crop turnover in sustainable agricoltural practice. Mustard allergic consumers are therefore advised to avoid consuming bakery and wafer based products in which the ingredient list states, according to eu 1169/211 regulation, the presence of wheat flour or starch.
