Birra di colore ambrato, schiuma fine ed aderente, di aspetto limpido. La presenta di malti parzialmente tostati e caramellati conferisce un'intensità olfattiva che si sprigiona con aromi maltati; in un secondo momento prevale la nota floreale. Di corpo strutturato, media frizzantezza, gusto bilanciato e secco con spiccato sentore di luppoli. La persistenza retro olfattiva è lunga con leggera presenza di lieviti.

Please be informed that, by ministerial note dated december 10th, 2021, the italian health authority has informed about the possible accidental presence of mustard traces in italian wheat flour, due to the crop turnover in sustainable agricoltural practice. Mustard allergic consumers are therefore advised to avoid consuming bakery and wafer based products in which the ingredient list states, according to eu 1169/211 regulation, the presence of wheat flour or starch.
