Può contenere SOIA.

Si avvisa la gentile clientela che, con nota ministeriale del 10/12/2021, il ministero della salute ha segnalato la possibile presenza accidentale di tracce di senape nella farina di grano italiano in seguito all’alternanza di colture nella pratica agricola sostenibile. Si invitano, pertanto, i consumatori allergici alla senape a non consumare prodotti da forno e waferati in cui la lista ingredienti riporta, ai sensi del reg. Ue 1169/2011, la presenza di farina o amido di grano/frumento.

Please be informed that, by ministerial note dated december 10^th, 2021, the italian health authority has informed about the possible accidental presence of mustard traces in italian wheat flour, due to the crop turnover in sustainable agricoltural practice. Mustard allergic consumers are therefore advised to avoid consuming bakery and wafer based products in which the ingredient list states, according to eu 1169/211 regulation, the presence of wheat flour or starch.
