ricorda lampone, marasche, melagrana e more , ma anche floreale

con note che richiamano il fiore della viola .

Sapore asciutto, rivela un’equilibrata tannicità, corposo, forte e

carnoso, persistente e sapido.

Il Teroldego è un vino impegnativo e intrigante , sposa bene le carni

rosse, la lingua, le lumache in umido, i bolliti e i formaggi stagionati.

Da provare con la “carne salada” e il risotto al Teroldego.

doppia trentina in terreni alluvionali e franco limosi. Dopo
controllata, viene svinato e travasato in serbatoi di acciaio per
l’affinamento con un breve passaggio in botti grandi di rovere.
TEMPERATURA: 18° C. Possibilmente da stappare prima del servizio.
