Acquavite invecchiata 12 anni ottenuta dalla lenta e paziente distillazione in alambicco delle migliori partite di vino e invecchiamento in botti in Rovere.
Per il suo profumo intenso e l’aroma dolcissimo in antichità era associata al muscum (muschio).
L’uva Moscato veniva lasciata appassire per concentrare poche gocce di pura delizia che non dovesse avere invidia neppure del miele quanto a gradevolezza.
Immaginate dunque l’esplosione di aromi intensi nella Grappa di Moscato e immaginate quanto la sua gentilezza possa raggiungere note ancor più amabili attraverso un invecchiamento attento ed equilibrato.

Please be informed that, by ministerial note dated december 10th, 2021, the italian health authority has informed about the possible accidental presence of mustard traces in italian wheat flour, due to the crop turnover in sustainable agricoltural practice. Mustard allergic consumers are therefore advised to avoid consuming bakery and wafer based products in which the ingredient list states, according to eu 1169/211 regulation, the presence of wheat flour or starch.
